What size do I ask for?
While there will always be a difference between different brands, sizes are usually pretty easy. Especially if our are familiar or a regular wearer of our brands, nothing much changes.
If you don’t know your boot size there is a conversion chart in the boot section.
When you join our Gold Card program we then have the ability to store your purchase history which includes the sizes you purchase.
What happens if you are out of stock of the item I have ordered?
If we are out of stock and unable to ship within three business days we will contact you and advise of the delay.
How safe is the information I provide, including my credit card details?
Your details are “as safe as a mouse in God’s pocket”, in other words as safe as today’s technology can be. We don’t store your credit card details on our customer history so we will need to get these from you every time you shop with us. If you are uncomfortable with putting these details over the net, we can call you and do this over the phone.
What is your return policy?
If you need to return your goods for any reason, within 14 days with all labels intact and in perfect condition. Please fill in the Return form that makes sure we have all the information needed to facilitate your return as quickly as possible? Any costs involved in returning your goods will be your responsibility.
Why doesn’t my account show that I’m a Gold Card member?
If you are a Gold Card member, you will need to fill out the “Billing Details” section in “My Account”. Please make sure your details are the same as when you bought your Gold Card membership. Please contact us if you have any problems.
